• Medical Records: Bring any relevant medical information, including:
• Results: Copies of previous eye test results.
• Imaging: Any X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, or other imaging studies related to your eye health.
• Medication List: Provide a detailed list of all medications you're currently taking, including dosages and any over-the-counter supplements. This helps our team understand your medical history and any potential interactions.
